How beautiful on the mountains are the feet of the man who brings tidings of peace, joy and salvation.
Collect
Almighty and merciful God, you made Saint Leonard an illustrious herald of the mystery of the Cross. Through his prayers may we come to know the riches of the Cross on earth and attain to its reward in heaven. We ask this through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever.

Lord, receive the gifts we place on your altar in commemoration of Saint Leonard. As you conferred glory upon him through these holy mysteries so grant us the remission of our sins. We ask this in the name of Jesus the Lord.

For Christ we are ambassadors, God as it were appealing through us. We implore you in Christ’s name: be reconciled to God!
