Here is a wise and faithful virgin, one who went with lighted lamp to meet her Lord, alleluia.

Lord God, you endowed the virgin Catherine with gifts from heaven. By imitating her goodness here on earth may we come to share her joy in eternal life. We ask this through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever.

Lord, we see the wonder of your love in the life of the virgin Catherine Accept our gifts of praise and make our offering pleasing to you. Grant this through Christ our Lord.
