Lord God, you were pleased to raise Giles to the heights of exalted ontemplation.Through his intercession grant that we may always direct our actions to you and attain the peace which surpasses all understanding. We ask this through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever.

Lord, give to us who offer these gifts at your altar the same spirit of love that filled Blessed Giles. By celebrating this sacred eucharist with pure minds and loving hearts, may we offer a sacrifice that pleases you, and brings salvation to us. Grant this through Christ our Lord.
